Jessica Lancaster is a civil litigator and trial lawyer who has handled hundreds of cases for individuals and businesses across the Northwest. She advises clients on all phases of litigation from pre-suit negotiation through trial. She handles diverse cases with an emphasis on estate and trust and general liability matters. With outstanding litigation and trial skills, Jessica manages complex litigation cases in state and federal courts of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Wyoming. She is a frequent speaker locally and nationally.

Jessica hails from Wyoming but now considers Oregon her home. Her professional experience includes fellowships with the U.S. Army JAG in Germany and clerkships with the Department of Homeland Security, Kansas Court of Appeals, and the Honorable Judge Kathy Weber in Clackamas County Circuit Court.
